GENERAL PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assignments will be varied and require an ability to perform as a fully competent engineer, using judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria. Independently perform most assignments with instruction as to the general results expected. Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisor’s approval on proposed plans for projects. May coordinate the work of other engineers, designers, technicians, or professionals who assist in specific assignments.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and enjoy technically challenging work. QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree in civil/structural/chemical/mechanical engineering (MS preferred)
• 5 year minimum relevant experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships
• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
• Highly motivated
